Jiangsu Dalu Electric Power Machinery Co., Ltd. has established its own R&D team to ensure product quality. We use software such as ProE, CAD, and CAXA to conduct 3D design of our products. From the initial project initiation, our R&D team evaluates the project and communicates with customers using professional skills to fully meet their needs; Develop products based on customer needs, utilize software and past experience for design, and ensure that the designed products meet customer requirements; According to the product standards and testing methods, purchase and sample the raw materials of the product. Produce 5 samples in the first batch, conduct testing and experimentation on the samples, and carry out secondary design and correction for areas that do not meet customer needs. Use ANSYS software for stress analysis and conduct secondary sample production. After all products meet customer needs and pass testing, our company will arrange for small-scale production of 100 units. For the produced products, we will conduct type tests again. If there are still problems during the small-scale production process, we will correct them again until the requirements are met. After the small-scale production products fully meet all tests, our R&D department will organize technical communication with the process, testing, quality and other departments, and arrange for large-scale production and testing.
